About this species

Range
Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam

Pearson's horseshoe bat is a horseshoe bat found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam. Like some other horseshoe bats, it is a food source for a parasite, a jawed land leech of the genus Sinospelaeobdella (Wikipedia, general species account).

The only source opened is a short account that offers nothing on size, colour, diet, roosting or breeding, so none is stated and the entry is kept thin rather than borrowing from relatives. Nationally Least Concern (Nepal National Red List 2011).
