About this species

Range
Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia

The Indian or Coromandel pipistrelle is a vesper bat, a member of the common insect-eating bat family. The only source opened for it is a one-line account, which says it is found in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam (Wikipedia, general species account).

No measurements, diet, roosting or breeding information was found in the sources opened, so none is stated. The entry is kept short on purpose, in line with the rule of leaving out anything that cannot be sourced. Nepal's 2011 list has no matching entry for this name, so no national status is given.
