About this species

Range
South and Southeast Asia

Joffre's bat, or Joffre's pipistrelle, is a vesper bat and the only member of the genus Mirostrellus, described in 2020, having formerly been placed in Hypsugo. It is found in South and Southeast Asia. Studies also found that Anthony's pipistrelle, a mysterious bat known from a single specimen collected at Changyinku, Burma, at about 2,100 m, is the same species (Wikipedia, general species account).

The cached account is short and gives no description, measurements, habitat, diet or breeding information, so this entry is limited to identification, taxonomy and general range (Wikipedia, general species account).
